The Buyer signs a contract with Linview Realty giving us exclusive authority to scour the market place to find a property suitable to them. This could be found on the MLS, a private sale, another exclusive listing or even contacting potential sellers in order to find a suitable property for the Buyer. When this is done, we commence negotiations on behalf of the Buyer to complete a suitable transaction. Our loyalties are to the Buyer and our expertise is directed to providing the Buyer with the best possible service.
