Exclusive means that property showings are at the discretion of the Linview Realty agent. We make all the appointments for showings, are always present at any showing and do all negotiating on behalf of the Seller. Our agents promote the property, and the community in which it is located, to all potential buyers.

We can also co-list with a Brokerage which is a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board. Our advertising is still maintained, however it is also advertised on the MLS website, which must advertise the listed price. Any Realtors© could show the property, as well as any other property on the MLS to a given client and the Realtor© would help their client to make a decision which is the best property for them to purchase. Linview, of course, would have no input over the amount offered or any terms or conditions presented by a Realtor©, and the Realtor© would be working on behalf of the Buyer, not the Seller. Our loyalties are to the Seller and our expertise is directed to providing the Seller with the best possible service.
