We would co-list the property with a Realtor© that is a member of The Calgary Real Estate Board. This allows all competitive real estate agents in Alberta to show the property. Linview Realty would not advertise the property, but it would be presented on the MLS website and the listed price would be advertised.
Any Realtor© could show your property, as well as any other property on the MLS, to their client and they would help their client to make a decision which is the best property for them to purchase. The co-listing Realtor© would make appointments for showings or simply use a lock box on the property. Linview, of course, would have no control over the amount offered or any terms or conditions presented by a Realtor©, and the Realtor© would be working on behalf of the Buyer, not the Seller.
Linview Realty 'For Sale' signs would be on the property and arrangements to view the property can be made through Linview Realty or the co-listing Brokerage.
Although our team is made up of highly qualified agricultural sales specialists, it is not only natural, but in their best interest to promote the communities where they live. Their strong negotiating skills have afforded them a good deal of success in residential sales.
