Our agents promote the property, and the community in which it is located, to all potential buyers.

The closed bids are received and opened in privacy with the Seller, which helps establish a market price without the publicity of a public auction. We make the appointments for showings, are present at any showing and do the negotiating on behalf of the Seller. Our loyalties remain with the Seller, and all of our expertise is directed to providing the Seller with the best possible service; however the customer must be made aware of all important information affecting the property.

While our loyalties are to our Seller, it is in the Seller's best interest that the Buyer is treated with utmost respect and that his needs, wants, concerns and capabilities are conveyed to the Seller. We feel a "good deal" is achieved when both parties are treated fairly and respectfully.
