Lin-View Agencies was founded by Dennis & Joyce Penner in 1990 as a result of the closure of the company Dennis had been working with, Laurel Agencies. Dennis had already established a successful career in real estate, and felt ready to start an independent company with Joyce as the Broker.

After 20 successful years, Dennis and Joyce sold Lin-View Agencies to their daughter and son-in-law, Christine & Barry Coggins, who changed the name to Linview Realty Inc. All the sales people remained with the company.

Dennis stayed on as the Sales Manager and Joyce remained the Broker until April 2011, when Christine completed her qualifications and took over as Broker. Dennis continues as Sales Consultant, mostly working with large land packages.

Barry and Christine took ownership in October 2009, and continue to operate much the same as before, while keeping up with industry and technology trends. They have since added several more sales associates, and are always looking for people to join their team.
